That must be a lot of scissors! I freehand grind them on a pedestal grinder and hone the edges after. If you have a fairly widewheel, say 1" or wider, it is very fast to do. 2" wide would be better. Can't imagine taking the time to set them up. And every pair is slightly different curve, length, shape, etc anyway.
